Professional Use Only:

DalizEffect products are intended for licensed or certified lash professionals. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have the necessary training to use these products safely and correctly.

Pricing & Payments:

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept all payment methods through our secure checkout. You are responsible for any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Orders & Acceptance:

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. DalizEffect reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order at our discretion.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their respective countries. DalizEffect is not liable for packages delayed or held by customs.

Limitation of Liability:

DalizEffect LLC is not liable for damages or injury caused by misuse, improper storage, allergic reactions, or professional error during product application.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

Intellectual Property:

All product names, designs, and packaging (including “DalizEffect,” Don’t let go primer”  bonder,” “Don’t let go Adhesive,” and others) are trademarks owned by DalizEffect LLC.

Prohibited Uses:

You may not resell, repackage, or distribute DalizEffect products without written authorization

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers:

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Delays & Lost Packages:

DalizEffect is not responsible for carrier delays, customs hold times, or lost packages once a shipment is in transit. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

International Orders:

All international buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country.

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. DalizEffect is not responsible for reshipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Refund & Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any lash or adhesive products once they have been opened or used.

Eligible Returns:

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will replace or refund approved cases at our discretion.

Lost Packages:

If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” DalizEffect is not responsible for refund or replacement. Please contact your local postal carrier to investigate.

 Product Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

DalizEffect products are intended for professional use only. By purchasing, you agree that:

• You are a trained or certified lash artist.

• You understand proper usage, sanitation, and storage requirements.

• You release DalizEffect LLC from any responsibility for injury, reaction, or damage resulting from misuse or negligence.

Patch Test:

Always perform a patch test before application.

Storage:

Keep adhesives and other liquids stored upright in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.

Safety:

Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Intellectual Property Notice:

All content, including product names, logos, photography, videos, and graphics, are the intellectual property of DalizEffect LLC.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

International Sales Disclaimer

DalizEffect ships globally. Please be aware that your country’s import policies and delivery times may vary.

Buyers are responsible for understanding local laws and paying any applicable customs or import fees.

DalizEffect is not liable for delayed or rejected shipments due to customs regulations.
